Chakras are energy centers located all over our body. The 7 main Chakras along our spine are the most widely known. They take care of our health and well-being.
Each Chakra represents a universal life-lesson. Our life is filled with a vast variety of experiences and depending on how we responded to each one of those and how we processed them - the correlated Chakras are either blocked off or open and letting the energy flow freely.
Signs of blocked Chakras:
Feeling stuck in life
Health problems
Low self-esteem
Brain fog
Sexual problems
Not able to love
Etc.
When you clear and balance them you feel incredibly powerful, your level of self-worth rises, creative ideas come to you, you feel more love and compassion for yourself and others!
Your mind, body and spirit are balanced and it can help you in having a more positive outlook in life.
